Scalemetrics Ltd. was founded in 2020 with the vision of providing CFO-as-a-Service, focusing on financial modeling, valuation, due diligence, financing, and investment proposals. We secured our first clients and completed initial projects, laying the foundation for future growth.

2020: Founding & Initial Focus

In 2021, we facilitated successful capital increases for clients and completed our first sell-side M&A exit, marking a significant achievement. The team grew with the addition of our first marketing consultant, expanding our services to include reporting, monitoring, and controlling.

2021: Expanding Expertise

We continued scaling in 2022 by welcoming a CFO consultant with an accounting background and launching an end-to-end CFO service package. This comprehensive offering covered accounting, budgeting, modeling, reporting, and controlling, strengthening our service portfolio.

2022: Scaling Team & Offerings

In 2023, we refined our services and frameworks based on client feedback. We established SOPs and a custom Scalemetrics reporting framework, onboarded more CFO-as-a-Service clients, and professionalized marketing to deepen client connections.

2023: Service Refinement & Growth

By 2024, we integrated AI and custom GPTs to enhance processes and data analysis. The team grew to 10 consultants, and we led a successful turnaround, saving a company from bankruptcy. We also onboarded our 25th subscription client, marking a major milestone.

2024: Innovation & Expansion

In 2025, we focused on refining processes and standardizing internal practices for greater efficiency. We successfully launched a Knowledge Centre to centralize key resources and expertise and continued aggressively scaling the company to expand our reach and impact.
